Beware! I ordered 2 expensive arrangements costing $239.77, the EMBRACED BOUQUET DELUXE and the PICTURE PERFECT PINK ROSE BOUQUET. One arrangement showed up and it is nothing at all as described. I immediately called Coggins to let them know that this was unacceptable and was berated by the woman saying I needed to lose the attitude! Imagine paying $240 for 2 arrangements, getting one and then being told to loose the attitude. This is entitlement behavior and is unacceptable. The woman told me she needed to contact the owner but he wasn’t available- it’s ok - I’ll never do business with them again.

Purchased flowers from here for a special date and it did not turn out nice at all. I don't typically leave reviews, especially negative ones, but this purchase upset us so much that I feel it's necessary to write this. The flowers we received do not match the picture at all and they are completely lifeless with no color. Even if these were the only flowers available, the customer can be reached out to, so any changes could be made. Especially when you know that this is for a special event (can be indicated when purchasing flowers) and yet you still send the flowers that will only sadden the receiver. The custom message was also never received. Attempted to reach out and no reply.

The flowers were incredibly fresh, vibrant, and clearly arranged with a lot of skill and attention to detail. You can tell they truly care about their craft. What really stood out was the customer service—friendly, patient, and passionate. It made the whole experience feel personal rather than transactional. Whether you’re looking for something simple or a custom design for a special occasion, I highly recommend this florist. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Placed an order a full day in advance. Flowers for my wife on her 40th birthday. On day of delivery I called around noon because I could tell she hadn’t recieved any. I was told they were being placed on the truck and to expect them mid-afternoon. Called and cancelled order and requested refund at 4:57pm because flowers still hadn’t arrived and then was asked how long before I’d be leaving. Since I stated no one would be available for delivery. I had recieved flower delivery from them before but used AmEx service. This time I opted to use their direct website to ensure I got their service. I gave 2 stars because at least I didn’t have to fight for a refund. Very disappointed. I guess it’s because we were a little further out for one delivery we didn’t warrant as much priority as closer ones in the city. Don’t have high expectations. Will never use again without a concierge service placing order.

I used the wholesale arm of Coggins for the second time this week and I cannot say enough about the flowers. I have used them for two rehearsal dinners and had the best experience. For the last dinner, I worked with Brad on my order and he walked me through special ordering ranunculus for bud vases. They were stunning. I highly recommend using Coggins for your next event:)
